Goal!

Nate Dogg had a big cheering section at one of his soccer games a couple of weeks ago. Uncle Joe and Aunt Lexi and the girls made the trip to Niceville to see the soccer super star in person. Nate made their trip worth it and scored two goals.
Kathryn ran up and greeted the Haggerty's when they arrived at the field.
It's important to stay hydrated on these hot October days.
It was my fault Jessica took off to the soccer field when she saw Nate out there playing. I waited 'til the end of the game before I pointed him out to her. I knew she wouldn't be able to resist once she saw her best bud out there.
The girls congratulated Nate on his awesome game.
Afterwards, we went to Pepito's for lunch. As usual these kids were crazy together.
Nate was worn out from the morning's activities.
After lunch we came back to our house for more play time. We dressed Allison up in Kathryn's jewels.
Diva in training. If she hangs out with Kathryn enough she'll get the absolute best training.
Nate kept burying himself in the pillows then jumping out and scaring Allison, which she loved.
She kept going back for more.
Here is an interesting chain of events caught in pictures. These three kids sat down together.
Kathryn wanted to join them, specifically to sit by Allison, so she yanked Nate off the couch.
In order to make room for Nate in the seating area we picked up Allison and put her on Nate's lap.
Then Kathryn took her away from Nate and all was right in the world.
As usual, another fun cousin day full of adventures.

Pensacola Paradise

Nate and Kate have been asking about JAJA's house for a few weeks now. We finally had a day that we were both free so we jumped at the opportunity to visit Pensacola. The kids absolutely love visiting Jessica and Allison's house. It's probably one of the most fun places they've ever been. They could probably be anywhere and as long as the four of those kids are together it would be the funnest place ever.
We met the photographer at the Fish House to pick up our cousin pictures. We got there early so Nate and Kate just hung out and played.
 Kathryn actually played.
 Nate played DS.
The moment they had been waiting for... a Haggerty sighting.
 Here we are all together.
Complete with the four little bad cousins.
 Best cousin buddies.

Jessica just happened to be the one gone to the bathroom at that particular moment. Every kid had their potty moment. (Lady, ask Joe about Nathan.)
After we ate at the Fish House, one of my favorite restaurants, we walked over to the Seafood Festival.
They had live bands that the kids enjoyed.
Kathryn took a moment to show off her dancing skills.
 Sisters just hanging out.
Then all of the sudden it started pouring down rain. We rushed to shelter.
 Rainy kid pics.

Then we went back to JAJA's house to find they had no electricity.
Who needs electricity when you have fun kids to play with?

They're playing Chuck E. Cheese on stage.

Then up to the bedroom for a bed slide. See why they love it there?

After all their acrobatics they were hot with no a/c in the house so we decided to take a trip to our favorite food court and cool off with ice cream from A&W.
Turns out, the food court didn't have electricity for a/c either so we played outside.
You can't help but smile when you look at her.

I'm sure those young enlisted guys love having these out of control officer kids running wild down there at the bar.
These kids were having so much fun.
So was Paw-Paw.
And Uncle Joe.
 A quick little cuddle.
This one was for you, Lady, since you couldn't be there. All this action and adventure in just 5 hours!

Nate Dogg in Action

Paw-Paw experienced the excitement of PAL soccer on Saturday. He got some good pictures to share. Nate Dogg is pit bull on the field. Who knew this little boy had it in him? His coach said, "You put Dogg on the back of his jersey and he turned into an animal." It's amazing!
He likes playing defense with his buddy Noah. They goof off together when the action is at the other end of the field.
Not sure how this came about but the other boys always pick him up at the goal.
Steve was talking with some dads, but they didn't know who Steve belonged to and when Nate did something good the dad said, "Nate Dogg... I like that kid." How can you not like this kid?
Steve was yelling during one of the games and when I went over to make sure Nate was drinking water he told me to tell his daddy to stop yelling because he already knows to get in there.
Nate said he likes sitting on the bench and watching the game just as much as he likes playing offense and defense.
Kathryn sits back, relaxes and enjoys her snacks.

Kathryn carried her purse "like Grandma Lady do." She's always trying to be like her Grandma Lady. That's her new name for Lady.
The super soccer players run through the tunnel after each game. It's so cute to watch everything about this soccer league.
