Birthday Bash & Splash

We took a trip down to Florida for my favorite little goddaughter's birthday party last weekend. She turned the big 1 year old! Happy Birthday Jessica!
"Seriously? You're gonna let me do this?"
It didn't take her long to figure out what was expected of her.

Jessica is looking at Kathryn like, "These are MINE! Get your grimey little hands off of them!" The two of them have sharing issues when they're together.

Then it was time for the splash park.

Unfortunately, these two little girls are just as mean as they are cute.
The little sun goddess. She spends all her free time at our splash park, so she knew exactly what to do when she got there.

Our attempt at a cousin picture. It will take a miracle to get these three kids to cooperate for a picture. Nathan is old enough to understand, Jessica isn't fast enough yet... and that leaves Kathryn always trying to run away.
After the party, Nathan and Kathryn played in Jessica's kennel.
Jessica helped her mommy put some new toys together.

Nathan and Kathryn loved playing with Bunker. Bunker isn't your ordinary cat. He likes everything cats are supposed to hate... like having little kids pester him.
Kisses on his butt. Loved it.
Kisses on his face. Loved it. I'm telling you, this cat loves any kind of attention you're willing to give.
Then Kathryn wowed us all with her jumping skills. She has been working so hard at jumping lately. I need to get a video of her trying to jump up and down. It's pretty hilarious.
After the party we had to come home, but the good part about that was that we left two kids behind in exchange for a dog. Of course, he called shotgun and who am I to tell a dog no?
