A Very Haggerty Labor Day

There was no shortage of wild and crazy fun over Labor Day weekend. Paw-Paw and Lady and Mace and Uncle Joe came for the weekend. Aunt Lexi and Jessica were in California.
Kate strutted her stuff in fancy high heels.
Lady brought Kate a scarf to dress up in.
As Steve mowed the yard, Lady carried Kate around to watch. She's a huge Daddy fan these days.
Mace in the typical Mace position.
The loves of my life. (Nate, Kate & Mace. Not that lady and kid down on the beach.)
The marina is one of our favorite hangout spots now. We just need a boat.
We are a 5 minute walk from a marina, restaurant, and bar. Dogs are welcome outside at the picnic tables so that's where we went for dinner and drinks. Dogs welcome + no driving required = awesome.
Mace experienced sand for the first time.
I think Mace appreciated fresh restaurant food instead of leftovers in a doggie bag.
That weekend was the first Tennessee game of the season. Go Vols!
Lady was Kate's hairstylist.
My three little Vols.
Kate was all smiles when it was her turn to be lifted. She got MAD every time it was Nate's turn.
Nate, Uncle Joe, Paw-Paw and Lady sat around the table discussing important topics such as thermos'. Notice Lady is Nathan's thermos guard when Uncle Joe is around. They've had a thermos rivalry going on ever since Lady gave away Uncle Joe's Mickey Mouse thermos from when he was a little kid.
Typical Uncle Joe and Nate behavior.
Pretty in pink.
More house building going on. Nathan is builder #1 because he's the best and Paw-Paw is builder #2. He assigns builder numbers, but it's really just a way for him to rank people in order of favorites.
Uncle Joe impressed these kids with some super annoying phone tricks.
Nathan was doing one of his famous family member portraits. Paw-Paw put his request in to make sure Nathan drew a lot of dark hair on his picture. If you ask Nathan what color hair Paw-Paw has he quickly answers, "brown." Then when you ask him what other color of hair does Paw-Paw have he reluctantly says, "gray." Nice work, Paw-Paw.
