Another year, another park. It all started with a trip to the Grand Canyon with Nathan when he was 9 months old. That's when Paw-Paw really realized just how great Nathan is and he's been hooked ever since. Last weekend, Paw-Paw, Lady, Nathan and Kathryn visited yet another national park. They took a trip to South Carolina to Congaree National Park. Four years and four national parks together.
Paw-Paw and Lady must really, really love this little girl to be willing to take her on a road trip and stay in a hotel with her.

Lady joined them this year. She also went to the Great Smoky Mountains two years ago.
They explored the wildlife inside of the tree replica. Nathan was fascinated by the motion activated sensor on the bats and asked the park ranger to explain how it worked to him.

Kathryn didn't stand a chance being pushed over that bumpy walkway.

I can't wait to see what next year's national park will be. My vote is Volcanoes National Park in Hawaii.
