Santa in Atlanta

Nathan loves hanging out with Great Grandma Gerken at The Terrace. We partied with her and all of her friends over there yesterday. After seeing last year's Christmas party, we weren't about to miss this one for anything. Unfortunately, the lady who rolls up behind people in her wheelchair and knocks their knees in, so that they're forced to sit on her lap, so that she can give wheelchair rides wasn't there. We enjoyed ourselves none-the-less. We heard that there was going to be a special guest, so we got there as soon as the party started at 4 p.m. Nathan was greeted by Santa, and he told Santa all about the "yights." (That is Nathan's topic of choice when he isn't really comfortable with someone.) Nathan's attitude towards Santa quickly changed when I handed him over to him, though. It was exactly as I had expected, which is why we go to The Terrace to visit Santa instead of waiting in the long line and paying for pictures at the mall.

Here is last year's Santa picture. I'm seeing a trend.
My days of partying sure have changed.
