What?
So apparently, I didn't learn my lesson from the first occurrence. I was enjoying some Pringles for lunch the next day and, again, left the room for a minute just to come back to find Nathan nestled into my couch corner, shoveling more Pringles into his mouth while enjoying Sesame Street.
It's sad, but he probably learned this eating style while watching me eat.
Nathan and I took a walk down to 5th St. today. He called all the shots. When we made it to 5th, he stopped and pointed behind him and said, "this way" so we turned around and walked home. On the way home, he kept saying, "we're home...almost." Some of our other conversation consisted of Nathan pointing out dog poop in people's yards. Then he mentioned to me that, "Daddy poo-poos, too." His newest thing is to throw a "too" on the end of a sentence. Then he proceeded to tell me a whole list of other people who poo-poo. I love this age.
Doesn't this picture make you want to give him a big hug and never let him go? It does me.
We came home and played inside for little while. Then Nathan went right down for a nap without any complaints. Thirty-five minutes of nonstop walking is tiring for a 22 month old.
