We kicked off Father's Day weekend by going to a cookout over at some friends' house. Nathan was so excited to go out and see their horses when he saw them in the backyard, but once we got out there he saw the doggy and he forgot all about the horses. I guess I don't have to worry about him growing up to be a cowboy!

He finally went over to pet the horse's nose after his girlfriend for the day got down.
He refused to ride the horse, but I think he gave in and pet the horse just to shut me up.
As far as Nathan was concerned, this slide was the best part of the day.

When you visit Tennessee, ask Eddie to ride one of their horses with Nathan. He might enjoy that.
