As promised, I took Nathan back to the Air and Space Museum. He wasn't going to let me forget about that promise. The first thing he said to me yesterday morning was, "Go see airplanes?" We spent over two hours walking around looking at airplanes. He would have spent another two hours if I would have let him. He needs Uncle Joe to take him to museums because he's the only other person I know who likes to spend hours and hours looking at stuff.
Of course, the B-1 is Nathan's favorite, but he also likes the B-52. He chooses favorites by how much space there is to play underneath.
Taking a gravel break.
Getting in trouble for throwing rocks.
Apparently, if you plug your ears and look away while your mom is telling you stuff you don't want to hear, her statement is null and void.
I made sure Nathan didn't hate me too bad for making him leave the airplanes by taking him on a walk when we got home. He likes hiding out under these trees.
"See me, Mommy? I hiding from Mommy!" This game lasts forever.
We finished off our walk by playing with our neighbor's dog.
Nathan has more adventures in that small town than children living in Atlanta do. Nathan is very lucky to have a stay-at-home Mommy.
