Apparently, Hank can't stand the Georgia heat. Poor dog just can't relax until after the sun goes down. That's just one more reason why he belongs in South Dakota with me. Since that will never happen due to the fact that he and Steve don't get along, Lady decided that a new fur-do was in order for Hank.
Here is his before photo. Can you believe she had all of his beautiful long golden locks shaved off? At least he's comfortable now.
Why she did this to Mace, too? I don't know. He had short hair to begin with. (I'll take the blame for his behavior. He doesn't realize how big he is.)

Hank had more bounce in his step when we went for a walk this evening. Hank and Mace smelled so good when they got home and hopefully no dog fur for awhile. Now I think I'll take Lily for a bath. Lady
ReplyDeleteWhen you say "bath" you really mean shave. You said you were taking Hank and Mace for a bath too. Just please let Mica keep her fur. Her looks are the only thing she has going for her.
