Past Couple of Days

I guess I've fallen out of the blogging routine this week. Don't think I haven't been reminded of that daily though. Luckily, I've still been taking pictures. (I'm going to have to hide all these pictures from our second kid. There's no way I can keep this up with two kids. I think that's to be expected though. My parents have about 12 pictures of me as a kid. And Joe is in all of them.)

Steve noticed that I've been feeling better (not feeling well, but better) so he put in a meal request. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Nathan's help. His job was to stack the glass bottles on top of each other.
We lounged around the house for a little while this morning before running a few errands. Nathan picked up on this habit by watching his daddy.
See.
It's been so cold and rainy here, so we spent a lot of time indoors. Luckily, Nathan has plenty of toys inside to keep him entertained.
Nathan is old enough that he can help out around the house now. Hopefully his love of washing dishes will remain with him for years to come.
Actually, Nathan's "help" washing dishes usually makes a way bigger mess than what we started with, but he has so much fun doing it.
Eating shredded beef jerky.
I'm so lucky to get to look at this face all day long.
When it's cold out, I usually just grab a hat and put it on Nathan. I decided to let Nathan choose his own hat one day. This is what he chose. It's way too small for him, but he didn't mind.
So we headed to the mall.
He cracks me up all day long.
I absolutely love hearing Nathan's take on things. One day he was hanging over the back of the couch studying this picture. He pointed to it and told me, "Baby eating peaches and barbecue sauce." He definitely keeps me laughing.

  1. We can't believe Nathan went to the Mall wearing the raccoon hat. He hated it when it actually fit him. Did he get lots of stares?
