No Means No, and Sometimes Yes Too

I know all parents think this about their children, but there is no doubt that Nathan is advanced for his age. He is only 14 months old, but all day today he acted like he was going through his terrible twos. He's 10 months ahead! There was no pleasing this kid. He shook his head no to everything, but he didn't really mean no to everything. I had to offer everything to him twice for him to give me his real answer the second time. But it got tricky, because if the answer really was no, then he would get mad at me for offering him the same thing twice. I guess he's allowed to have bad days too, which makes me have bad days, which makes Steve wish he would have stayed at work longer.

Here are the only pictures I had time to take. The rest of the day I was cleaning up messes and pulling my hair out. 

Nathan helped Steve build up the landscaping on the side of the house.
