Lil' Swimmer

Nathan hasn't been swimming in a while so I thought he might enjoy going to Watiki Water Park. He knows what it means when I get the swim diaper out. I put it on him and he headed straight for the front door and grabbed the door handle. He forgot he needed the rest of his clothes too. He had fun floating along the lazy river and playing in the water. I couldn't get any pictures of him hamming it up on the float because it was just the two of us there, but trust me he was having a good time.

You can tell by Nathan's face that he enjoyed the water park.

Steve came home from work just as Nathan was waking up from his nap. I told Steve about how much fun we had at the water park so, of course, he took Nathan back to the water park for a second visit. He didn't take any pictures though. Here are some pictures of Nathan right before they left. 

As we packed his pool bag, he occupied himself by admiring the picture of himself on the desk.
"Hey Mom, you've gotta see this one."
He specifically chose the shoes he's wearing all by himself. He wouldn't take any of Steve's other suggestions. I can't blame him because I don't take fashion advice from Steve either.
