Proud Paw-Paw

Nathan's transition from only child to big brother was a relatively smooth one with the help of Paw-Paw. They certainly kept each other busy during their time together.
Nathan is on a painting craze at the moment.
Nathan climbed this "big hill" over and over.
Nathan painted Paw-Paw a picture. It will probably be framed and hanging over the fireplace next time I visit.
Nathan goes through all of his airplanes and says he saw each one of them yesterday, referring to his past trips to the Air and Space Museum.
Paw-Paw and Nathan can't pass up a Starbucks without stopping for a coffee and a giant cookie.
Nathan lives off of blackberries, strawberries and raspberries with a side of Cheerios.
A grandparent trip isn't complete without a visit to the Air and Space Museum.

And a trip to Dinosaur Park.
After a few visits to the Menard's playground, they (meaning Paw-Paw) wanted a change, so they visited the park a couple of times instead.

Never-ending energy. Paw-Paw was working hard to keep up with Marathon Nathan.
Paw-Paw also found some time to get to know Kathryn.
Nathan had to make sure Paw-Paw didn't drop his baby sister.
Proud Paw-Paw with his two grandchildren.
I can't believe I have two babies now!
Paw-Paw's arms were full with Kathryn, so Nathan found a new spot to sit on him.
Paw-Paw and Kathryn watched as Nathan opened one of his Christmas presents from Paw-Paw and Lady.
This is exactly what he needs. Like I mentioned, he is way into coloring and painting. Best part of all, it has a light that he can turn on and off.
He had to test the sturdiness of the desk while Steve put it together.
Nathan is the best big brother ever.
It's amazing how one day Nathan seems so little, then all of the sudden he seems so big.
Nathan and Paw-Paw hung out on the porch after one of their walks, just chatting away.
