Just to Tide You Over

I've been busy preparing for our big move to Alabama, so I haven't had a whole lot of time to blog. I figured I better post some pictures to tide everyone over for the next few days, though.

Nathan had to show Kathryn how everything on the exersaucer worked. Then when she tried he yelled, "No Baby Sister. I'm doing it!"
This is her new favorite hangout.
I made a fruit tray for Nathan one time, now he thinks this is the only way he can eat fruit. He gets this dish out of the cabinet and brings it to me and asks me to fill it with fruit. It's a good thing he's not high maintenance.
I don't want to give Kathryn too much time on the floor because she's already trying her best to crawl. She brings her little legs under her and tries to push off. Nathan "crawled" at six months. He did more of a worm-type move, but he certainly got around. I don't think I'm quite ready for that from Kathryn yet.
Nathan shares his airplanes with Kathryn. She's going to know all the different types of airplanes even earlier than Nathan did.
Just for the record, Nathan had the Justin Bieber hairdo long before Justin Bieber made it popular. Maybe Justin Bieber gets mad when he has to get his haircut, too. You can always tell how long it's been since our last visit with Paw-Paw by the length of Nathan's hair. Taking Nathan to get his hair cut is part of Paw-Paw's duty as a grandfather. Obviously, we haven't seen Paw-Paw since January. (By the way, I know everyone is probably looking at this picture thinking "Who cares about Nathan's hair? He's sitting on Kathryn." She's okay. She's tough.)
Copy cat.

  1. Thank you, Megan, for the pictures. You must sense when I'm needing to see some pictures of my grandchildren.
Maybe Kathryn will be crawling by the time she visits our house and she can play in Mace's and Hank's food and water bowls, like Nathan did. Love, Lady

  2. You're cracking me up with the Justin Beiber hairdo! Look out Nathan, baby sister is going to start crawling and gain some independence in no time.

    Love, Aunt Lexi
