Steve deployed a couple of weeks ago, but not before giving Nathan one of his famous Daddy breakfasts...the bag of Cheerios on the floor.
We took Steve to the airport and said our good-byes. Here are a few shots of Nathan and Daddy hanging out at the gate before he left.
Discussing the lights.
Once Nathan realized that Steve was gone, he didn't hesitate to climb on the end tables. This picture is hilarious. I snuck up behind him as he was being naughty. His face just screams guilty. Ugh, he's figured out how to open the bathroom cabinet. It has fake drawer designs on the cabinet door so he always thought they were just drawers that he couldn't pull out.
He got a snake tattoo for his 18 month birthday. He's so cool.
Nathan and Tyler hung out at the mall.
It took us like 20 hours to walk from one end of the mall to the other with them loose.
Nathan and Tyler decided they needed more sugar to make it back down to the other end of the mall.
After we got home from the mall and dinner, Nathan and I were hanging out in the living room when all of the sudden a dog propped up on our front porch bench and looked in our window. Nathan thought that was hilarious. He ran over to the window to look at the doggy. It was our neighbor's dog. He got loose, but they weren't home so I put him in our fenced in backyard and left a note on their door. He kept escaping and running back to the front window and looking in at us. What else could I do other than just let him inside. I didn't want him to run away or get hit by a car. He's such a sweet dog, too. Nathan cried when the doggy had to go home.
Nathan was just sitting on the couch enjoying his beverage when the dog peeked in.
This is the sweet neighbor dog.
Yeah!!! I'm happy now! But no rest for you...now you need to post from your trip to TN.
