Nathan and I met Daddy at the squadron this afternoon for First Friday. On the first Friday of each month, the squadron families all get together. I had to begin getting him dressed two hours prior just to have enough time to wrangle him into a full outfit. In the midst of changing his diaper he suddenly decided that he needed to play with his cars.
Nathan checked out this place Daddy goes everyday.
Nathan had fun running up and down the hall until other kids joined in. Daddy had to pick Nathan up to keep him from getting trampled by all of the bigger kids.
Nathan chowed down on all of the food and ran around the bar.
Nathan always enjoys being the center of attention.
This is what Daddy gets paid to do. Shoot hoops and fly jets.
Nathan and Daddy continued the fun after they got home. Daddy showed off his mad ball spinning skills to Nathan.
Slam dunk.
We made up a game with his stuffed animals. We sing, "Brown Bear is gonna get Daddy...." Then Brown Bear attacks Daddy.
Then we all laugh.
Now it's "Elephant is going to get Daddy." You get the idea.
