Nathan and I attended our last Lunch Bunch with the squadron for the next few months. We packed a picnic lunch and met up at the playground with other some other kids around Nathan's age and their moms. Nathan did a whole lot more playing than eating, though. I guess that's to be expected when there's a whole new playground that needs to be explored. He didn't slow down for a minute.
Once he's done sliding he doesn't like to get off the slide. He just wants to hang out at the bottom for a while and play. He's not going to be very popular at the playground if he keeps that up.
He ran across the wiggly, wobbly bridge.
Nathan and Tyler wouldn't stay still long enough to get a good picture of them together. This is the best I could get.
Just hanging out.
And of course, he had to notice the really tall, spiral slide. I was hoping he wouldn't want to go down it, but no such luck. He was going with or without me...so for safety reasons I climbed up behind him and somehow fit in the little tower at the top.
